Abstract

В статье рассматриваются анатомо-морфологические, нейрохимические, электрофизиологические особенности организации супрахиазматического ядра - центрального осциллятора млекопитающих, а также различные нейрональные проекции и гуморальные факторы, которые обеспечивают как настройку эндогенной ритмики центрального пейсмекера к фотическим и нефотическим времязадателям, так и подстройку периферических клеточных осцилляторов (представленных практически во всех тканях и органах) к эфферентному синхронизирующему сигналу от супрахиазматического ядра.
