Journal is created in 2012 y. by  the board of young scientists and specialists of the Samara University on Education and Science Department finances according to action № 2 «Create conditions for students’ professional development and their integration to scientific association» of the Activity students’ clubs development Programme «Integration of classical university’s students in science, social-projective activities and civil society – guarantee of constant country’s development». Since 2014 y. full texts of this journal are on the scientific internet library site eLIBRARY.RU.

Before 2016 y. this journal has title « Proceedings of young scientists and specialists of the Samara State University».

November, 11 founder is changes. Since 2012 to 2015 years it has 15 humanitarian and natural scientific a field of study, since 2016 y. it has 19 a field of study, including a lot of technical sciences. According of topics increasing redaction colleague is increasing too.
