Abstract

When carrying out life tests of laser modules, one of the main tasks is to analyze the radiation beam profile to identify defects in dark lines and dark spots, which lead to a drop in the efficiency of the laser module and its further failure. According to GOST R ISO 13694-2010, two-dimensional matrices are used to measure the laser beam profile, the main requirement for which is the presence of more than 2500 pixels. Thus, the choice of matrix for measuring the beam profile is worth choosing CCD and CMOS sensors. In this work, we will choose the optimal type of matrix for measuring the radiation beam profile, based on the basic principles of the design of matrices.
