Abstract

This paper presents the results of a comprehensive experimental study of silicon pores as a material for creating an enzyme glucose biosensor. The morphological characteristics of the material were investigated, as well as the electrical properties with and without filler were studied. It was found that the oxidase enzyme has a significant effect on porous silicon.
