Abstract

В работе производилось определение значений приоритетности выбранных показателей качества медицинской помощи методом анализа иерархий. Это позволило создать математическую модель оценки качества. Для анализа были выбраны 9 признаков качества стоматологической помощи. На основе полученных результатов была разработана модель оценки качества работы врача-стоматолога поликлинического звена, пригодная для использования в практическом здравоохранении, и компьютерная программа для автоматизации этой работы.
