In this paper, the method of a daily drift (MDD) of the celestial bodies is considered in detail. This method has been adapted to the determination of the angular values of the classical planets of Solar system. In particular, the general astrometric algorithm is formulated for a determining of the angular values of the classical planets for two kinds of optical astronomical instruments available to an amateur astronomer. The auxiliary problem of the angular velocity determining for the celestial body daily drift is solved. The problem of the error dependence determination for the drift time of classical planet from the obsrvation conditions is considered. A numerical analysis of the main results is made for Jupiter, Saturn, Mars. It is shown that the results obtained within the framework of the MDD, confidently agree (within the error - O (1 %)) with predictions of professionals.

The article presents the results of the phylloplane mycobiota study of 5 species woody plants growing on the Botanical garden territory (Samara) and 2 species growing on the Krasnosamarsky Woodland in the autumn. There were found representatives of 6 genera micromycetes. Three of them were similar for all plant objects and totaled from 75 % to 100 %. Dominant mycobiota were Aureobasidium pullulan (occurrence from 34 % to 94 %), complex group Alternaria sensu lato (occurrence from 4 % to 100 %) and Trichothecium roseum (occurrence from 4 % to 40 %). There are two spieces of them: Aureobasidium pullulans and Alternaria-complex-group, a opportunistic fungi, normal aeromicobiota dominant. The third dominant is Trichothecium roseum, mycophillic micromycete discovered in abundance from the leaf surface washings only. The lack of the expressed difference structure of a mycobiota structure of the studied plant filloplane objects is a consequence of mass transfer influence of air masses in the territory of the Samara and the Krasnosamarsky Woodland area. Feature leaf surface microbocomplex of the studied woody plants is a significant presence in the autumn of Trichothecium roseum micromycete. For Trichothecium roseum, mycoparasitism is the usual way of feeding, particularly, in relation to the same opportunistic fungi, which can lead to decrease in their pool in the environment.

The introductory tests for Juglans L. species, including Juglans regia L., have been carried out in the Botanical Garden of the Samara University for more than 50 years. Currently in the collection, except parental individuals, there are Juglans trees obtained by sowing seeds of own reproduction - formed by the parental plants (first generation) and their descendants (second generation). The accumulation of lipids is one of the leading qualities of the walnut kernels. The assessment of lipid accumulation in the kernels of various nuts introduced in the Botanical Garden of the Samara University was earlier carried out for a limited number of samples. In this article, the characteristics of lipid accumulation in kernels are analyzed for the first time due to the affiliation of the plants formed them to the parent or daughter generations, of the common or precocious forms of walnuts, in the sibling and half sibling groups also.

The article is devoted to the problem of uniting universities in Russia and abroad. The authors describe the history of the process, consider the reasons for Russian participation in the Bologna process. The unification of higher education institutions is viewed as a social phenomenon, the purpose of which is to reorganize and modernize the higher education system. The conditions under which universities can be integrated are considered. The authors of the article describe the positive and negative aspects of the integration of educational institutions in Russia and abroad. The authors disclose the main concepts of integration, as well as identify such types of integration as «merger» and «affiliation». The article contains the results of the sociological research on the comparative analysis of the attitude of the students of the former Samara State University and the Samara State Aerospace University towards the unification of the universities. The sociologists give recommendations on applying the investigation’s results to optimization of the educational process in the integrated university.

This article analyzes the features of civic journalism typical of the cultural paradigm of Web 2.0. The theoretical analysis of the publications of recent years allows to see the dynamics of the development of Ukrainian journalism, its types and functions. The opinions of modern sociologists and journalists on the correlation of traditional and civil journalism, positive and negative traits of citizen journalism are investigated. The main features of modern civil journalism is a direct connection to the Internet, high speed of distribution, the ability of both professionals and Amateurs, the lack of legislative responsibility for the information provided, the lack of depth of analysis.

In this article one of the ways of realization by the attorney-defender of proof is considered. It is defined that at disagreement with the circumstances stated in materials of criminal case which served as the basis for criminal prosecution of the person and qualification of act, to the defender it is necessary to provide alternative vision of that occurred actually. Substantiate the circumstances should be through the information collected by the defender. They must be presented to the court as the addressee of the proof.

In this paper, a new method for determining of the interval of possible values of the average mass density for periodic comet nucleus is proposed. This method is based on the assumption on the multicomponent structure of a spherical nucleus, using the main results for geometric and optical parameters of the nucleus. Based on the proposed method, within four component nucleus model, new intervals of possible values for the average mass the density of the nuclei of the 16 most studied comets are presented. The new results are consistent with the results of the previous one, but they are characterized by narrower intervals of possible values. Received restrictions on the average mass density of comet nuclei 81P/Wild 2 and 67P/Churyumov Gerasimenko confidently agree with the data of experiments of space missions StarDust and Rosetta.
